Process

A warband captain with restraint

An orc warchief built on the same stacked-LoRA pipeline — painterly realism carrying the render, ornate fantasy shaping the silhouette. Refined blackened-steel plate with bone-ivory trim and a deep war-red mantle, a fur pelt over one shoulder, a great cleaver-axe carried at rest. The brief kept the heraldry disciplined: one restrained war-red accent, imposing but not gaudy. Selected from a seed batch, then consistency QA.
